Rules & Information

• Remain nonpartisan.

• No political messages or language.

• Posters should commemorate the 250th anniversary, and American History.

• All 2D medias accepted. (Ex. Graphic, Photography, etc.)

• Open to Adair County Residents ages 5+

• All entries will be displayed in the windows at the Sue Ross Arts Center as well as on our Facebook page.

• Voting will be done via Facebook. 1 Like = 1 Vote

• Winners will be announced on July 1st. 

• One winner per age group will receive a $50 prize sponsored by City of Kirksville : Tourism
