Exhibitor Information
Exhibitor Spaces
Exhibitor spaces are approximately 15 ft along the curb and 10 ft deep. Exhibitors will be notified of their booth assignment prior to the festival
Deadlines
Applications are due by August 28, 2026. Applications received after that date shall be subject to a higher application fee. No applications will be accepted after September 5, 2026. Applications will be reviewed in the order in which they are received. Acceptance letters will be mailed approx. one week after the jury date. Applicants who are not accepted, will receive a refund of their booth fee. Applications will not be reviewed until all required material is received (Tax ID, photographs, payment, etc)
Application & Booth Fees
Each application will have a non-refundable $15 application fee which is included on the booth fee for online applications. Any applications received after the due date with be subject to a $75 non-refundable application fee.
Booth fees are as follows;
Single $85, Double $165, Triple $245.

Refunds
No refunds may be given to due to cancellation by the exhibitor.
Tax ID / Exemptions
All individuals or exhibitors who are in partnerships can find the sales tax application form here. If the exhibitor is a corporation or LLC, use form 2643 A and handwrite "Special Event" at the top. Kirksville Arts Association must have a copy on file. The City of Kirksville receives a list of all exhibitors and their sales tax ID's or Exemptions.
NO FOOD ITEMS may be sold in the Arts/Crafts booths per Health Department Regulations.
Advertising, fundraising and electioneering activities are not allowed.
